Girls Weekend At The Ritz
The Ritz Carlton most certainly does not need any formal introduction. Known for it’s lavish amenities, stunning locations, top of the line service, and outstanding restaurants, The Ritz has been an American favorite since I can remember. I’m listing five reasons why the Ritz Fort Lauderdale is your next ultimate girls day getaway, and why my friends and I love these spontaneous day trips.
A much needed day of pampering. Lets face it, us girls are ALWAYS up for some much needed pampering, and the Ritz just gets us. Any time I book a day at the Ritz Spa, I know I’m in great hands. Their service is always first class and the staff is more than friendly and accommodating. They have a way of making you feel right at home the second you walk through the door, not to mention their extensive ocean inspired spa services that will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated in no time. So grab a bottle of Champagne and relax.
Tip: Be sure to get there in plenty of time before your service or make time after so you can fully enjoy all the amenities the spa has to offer.
A great location suited for any mood. Whether it be a relaxing day at the beach, or a girls night out on the town after your day spent at the spa, The Ritz Fort Lauderdale can offer it all. I especially love the location of Ritz Fort Lauderdale because its only a ten minute drive to the lively and charming downtown area of Las Olas, and also located right along Fort Lauderdale Beach giving you direct access to the famous Fort Lauderdale strip. Tons to do and tons to see. It’s the best of both worlds. My girlfriends and I especially love this for the fact that there is no need to plan at all. Everything is extremely accessible and right outside our door. It allows us to make our trip to the Ritz a full girls day getaway, or possibly even a weekend, with no planning necessary (other than our outfits, of course. HA!)
Lunch is served. Its no secret that the Ritz truly pride themselves on exceptional service and great cuisine. After a relaxing day at the spa, a nice lunch with a bit of cocktail hour always helps to make the day that much more enjoyable. My friends and I love the fact that the Ritz Fort Lauderdale offers an outstanding quality dinning experience at Burlock Coast. We love trying the fresh eats prepared daily by the chef and indulging in their top of the line curated cocktails. Lunch at Burlock coast is a delicious addition to a continued girls getaway, and we love it!
Events Galore. Most often, you can almost always count on the Ritz Fort Lauderdale for putting together some pretty great events. Us girls love to check their social channels for upcoming events or services they may be offering in the near future, and plan our girls trip around that. It really makes for the ultimate girls day/weekend of socializing, great food, and even better cocktails. If this doesn’t sound like a day to be enjoyed, I’m not sure what does. Cheers!
Poolside Relaxation. Okay, lets face it, if there is one thing us girls living in south Florida know how to do, that’s kickin’ it poolside. I don’t think there is one thing we do better than cocktail in hand and girl talk the day away lounging and soaking up sun. The Ritz Fort Lauderdale offers a beautiful and relaxing pool area making for the best essential girls getaway experience. It’s so nice to sometimes leave the chaos of the downtown Miami life to go and experience the calm and relaxation of a day spent with the girls in Fort Lauderdale.
